Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Senior Developer with deep expertise in implementing Security Incident

Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing,

and enhancing security operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust vulnerability and incident

management for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow SecOps applications, focusing on SIR and VR modules

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow

• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).

• Develop, configure, and optimize workflows, forms, scripts, and automation for security incident lifecycle and vulnerability remediation.

• Ensure data quality, process efficiency, and compliance with architectural standards across all SecOps deployments.

• Conduct system and integration testing, resolve defects, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, compliance, application owners) to deliver end-to-end SecOps solutions.

• Advise and mentor junior team members and participate in technical workshops and stakeholder presentations.

• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices, implementing improvements and upgrades as needed.

• Generate documentation, technical user guides, and reports/dashboards for various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2-3 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps).

• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.

• Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.

• Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.

• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow SecOps , SecOps certifications , SIR and VR modules L3.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.

• Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).

• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).

• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
